Terms of Service – Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Sultanate of Oman
By selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) for your order through our website, you fully agree to all of the following terms. This agreement complies with Omani consumer protection law, MTCIT PDPL data protection law, and local e-commerce regulations.
1. Eligibility for Cash on Delivery Orders
Customers must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity to sign a purchase agreement.
You must provide your accurate full name, a valid Omani mobile WhatsApp number, and a complete and detailed shipping address (city, district, postal code). False or incomplete addresses will result in order cancellation and return shipping costs.
The shipping address must be located within the Sultanate of Oman; we do not offer COD service to overseas addresses.
We reserve the right to refuse COD orders from high-risk areas, unusually duplicate orders, and orders with suspicious or fraudulent contact information.
2. Order Price, COD Fee, and Currency
All product prices are displayed in Omani Rials (OMR) and include basic VAT. Cash on Delivery (COD) Service Fixed Fee: 1.5 OMR per order, charged upon delivery (mandatory courier service fee, non-refundable).
Minimum COD order amount: 10 OMR; Maximum COD order amount: 300 OMR. Orders exceeding these limits cannot be COD selected.
Shipping Costs: Calculated based on your delivery area (Muscat/Coastal City/Inland Rural Area), clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
3. Order Confirmation and Shipping Rules
After submitting your COD order, we will send an order confirmation via WhatsApp within 2 business hours, including the order number, product list, total amount, and estimated delivery time.
Orders cannot be fully cancelled free of charge after the warehouse arranges shipment:
Cancellation requests submitted before shipment: Fully cancelled free of charge.
Shipped/Transiting Goods: If you cancel your order before shipment, we will deduct 15% of the round-trip shipping cost.
Estimated Delivery Times by Region:
Muscat, Sib, Mutla: 1-2 business days
Sohar, Salalah, Nizwa: 2-3 business days
Remote Inland Villages: 3-5 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by transportation, customs, or courier company restocking.
4. Cash on Delivery Rules (Core Terms)
You must have the full amount in Omani Rials in cash ready upon the courier's arrival. The courier will not provide large amounts of change; please prepare the exact amount to avoid delivery failure.
Upon delivery, you will need to present valid personal identification to the courier for confirmation; if you cannot provide identification, the courier has the right to refuse delivery.
Ownership of the goods transfers only after you have completed full cash payment. If you refuse to pay cash on the spot, the package will be automatically returned to the warehouse.
Installment payments are not allowed for cash on delivery orders; full payment must be made upon receipt.
5. Refusal of Package (Return to Country of Origin) Penalty
If you refuse to accept a cash-on-delivery package without a valid reason (e.g., changing your mind, disliking the product, insufficient cash, etc.), and without a valid reason:
We will deduct 20% of the total order amount from any future refunds or store points balance as round-trip shipping and warehouse restocking fees.
If you repeatedly refuse to accept cash-on-delivery packages, we reserve the right to permanently close your account and disable your account's cash-on-delivery function.
All return logistics losses caused by the customer's unilateral refusal to accept the package will be borne by the buyer.
6. Return and Exchange Policy (Compliant with the 15-Day Statutory Period Stipulated by Omani Consumer Protection Law)
Statutory valid return period: Within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, as stipulated by the Omani Consumer Protection Authority. No return requests will be accepted after 15 days.
Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met: the product is unopened, in its original packaging, unused, in its original packaging, all accessories are included, and it is resaleable.
Items that are non-refundable and non-returnable: Health supplements, sealed oral capsules, personal care products, clearance sale items, and customized items. Once the seal is opened, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
Return Cost Sharing:
Our Responsibility (Wrong Item Sent, Factory Defect, Damage During Transportation): We will bear all return shipping costs and arrange free door-to-door pickup.
Returns Due to Personal Reasons: The buyer will bear all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Refund Methods for Cash on Delivery Orders: Cash refunds are not available. Only two refund methods are available: IBAN transfer from Oman Bank (processing time is 7-14 business days, bank transfer fees apply) or store credit balance (valid for 12 months, no additional fees).
7. Customer Obligations
Provide accurate contact information and shipping address; respond to WhatsApp order notifications within 24 hours.
Keep your mobile phone accessible during the estimated delivery time; please coordinate door-to-door delivery with the courier.
Please do not use this store for illegal purchases, trading of prohibited items, or registration with false information.
We comply with Omani customs regulations for imports; all imported products meet Omani standards and inspection requirements.
