This Privacy Policy applies to all customers who place orders using the Cash on Delivery (COD) method within the Sultanate of Oman. Our website complies with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and e-commerce regulations.

We only collect the necessary personal data required to complete your COD order and delivery service:

Identity and Contact Information: Name, Mobile/WhatsApp Number, Customer Location, Detailed Delivery Address (City, District/County, Postal Code, and if applicable, a P.O. Box)

Order Data: Order Records, Type of Goods Purchased, Order Amount, Delivery Status, Returns and Refunds

Voluntarily Submitted Data: Messages sent via WhatsApp customer service, Product Inquiries

Website Tracking Data: Cookies, Browsing History, Device Information Used for Store Operations and Advertising Optimization

We do not collect sensitive data, including copies of ID cards, health records, and bank card information, unless you voluntarily request a bank transfer refund for a COD return.

Processing, arranging, and delivering your cash-on-delivery parcels; coordinating courier pickup services in Muscat, Sib, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa, and all areas of Oman.

Contacting you via WhatsApp for order updates, shipping notifications, and after-sales returns and exchanges.

Resolving disputes, handling customer complaints, and enforcing after-sales warranty policies.

Sending product promotional offers only if you have opted to receive marketing messages; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Optimizing website pages and analyzing user browsing behavior for targeted advertising in the Omani market on Facebook/TikTok.

Complying with local Omani business, consumer protection, and data protection laws and regulations.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processing

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unrelated third parties. We only share limited necessary data with the following authorized service providers for order fulfillment:

Omani local cash-on-delivery logistics and courier companies: We share your name, phone number, and delivery address only for parcel delivery purposes.

WhatsApp Business Service Provider: Used for customer chat and order notifications.

Advertising Platforms (Meta, TikTok): Anonymous, encrypted browsing data used for targeted advertising; complete address/phone number will not be disclosed.

Third-Party After-Sales Inspection Warehouse: Order and product information used only for quality inspection of returned goods.

All third-party partners must sign data protection agreements and comply with the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

4. Data Storage and Retention Period

Your order data will be securely stored for 3 years after the order is completed (as required by Omani commercial law for transaction records).

After the retention period, all personally identifiable information will be permanently anonymized or deleted.

We use encrypted storage and access control to prevent data leakage, loss, or unauthorized modification.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Our store operates overseas. Your data may be stored on overseas servers. We guarantee that:
