Returns & Refund Policy for Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders – Oman
1. Order Cancellation Rule
Free full cancellation: Request submitted before shipment (within 24 hours after order placement). No service fee deducted.
Order already dispatched / in transit: Cancellation is allowed only before courier delivery. A logistics return fee of 15% of total order value will be charged (to cover outbound shipping & courier handling cost).
If you refuse to receive COD parcel at delivery address without valid product defect reason: We reserve the right to deduct 20% restocking & round-trip shipping cost from any future refund or store credit.
2. Eligible Return Time Window
Per Oman Consumer Protection Law, customers may apply for return within 14 calendar days after delivery date. No return request will be accepted after 14 days.
3. Return Eligibility Standards
Return requests will only be approved if all below requirements are met:
Goods are unused, unopened, original seal intact, no scratches, stains or damage caused by buyer;
Complete original packaging, all accessories, boxes, labels and manuals are fully returned;
Product is resellable without secondary loss for our store.
4. Non-Returnable Items (No Refund Allowed)
Health supplements, oral capsules, intimate care products (sealed goods once opened cannot be returned);
Customized products, clearance final sale items;
Damaged goods caused by improper use, human error or long-term storage after delivery.
5. COD Refund Method (Important for Oman Cash Orders)
We do NOT provide cash refund for COD orders (courier cannot return cash on spot). Two official refund options:
Bank transfer to your Omani bank account: You need to submit full bank name, IBAN, account holder name. Refund processed within 7–14 working days after warehouse QC inspection passed; bank transfer fees deducted from refund amount.
Store credit voucher (recommended): Full order value converted to site balance, valid 12 months for all future purchases, no extra deduction.
6. Return Shipping Cost Division
Our mistake (wrong item, defective, damaged during transit): We fully cover return courier fees, arrange free home pickup;
Personal reason return (dislike, wrong size, changed mind): Buyer bears all return logistics fees, which will be subtracted from final refund.
7. Refund Rejection Scenarios
Product seal broken, used, missing parts or packaging destroyed;
Return application submitted over 14 days after delivery;
Customer refuses delivery without legal valid reason;
Artificial damage, self-opened sealed health products.
8. How to Apply Return
Contact our WhatsApp customer service with your order number, delivery photos and return reason, we will arrange return pickup within 4–5 working days across all Oman regions (Muscat, Seeb, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa etc.)
